TPO

EPDM
Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer
EPDM roofing is often times referred to as “rubber roofing”. This is due to the material (ethylene propylene diene monomer) being black and flexible similar to a black rubber inner tube. EPDM is extremely versatile and tough; it stands up well to tears, punctures, and general traffic. Because of its durability it offers excellent resistance to UV and climate exposure. Built up Asphalt
Built-Up roof systems are constructed with layers of felt and bitumen (either asphalt or coal tar pitch). The layers are applied while hot and then are left alone to cool. You will often see these roofing systems covered with gravel, a mineral sheet cap, or various other weather resistant coatings. This layering of felt and bitumen provide enhanced water resistance which is crucial to the commercial roofing systems of the midwest.
Modified Bitumen
Modified Bitumen roofing systems are generally speaking one of the longest lasting commercial roofing systems available. Modified bitumen roofs have many advantages over other types of membrane roofing, and are often seen as the modern alternative to the built up roof.
